Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Duties, Customs & Import Fees (USA Orders)

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Sarah Eské Merch is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
